Planning on Canvas

Sometime ago I realized I need structure despite how much it tends to bore me. I need a flexible structure or routine enough for me to be organized and on top of things. This routine helps me with my personal projects too.

Recently I’ve felt even more compelled to plan my blog posts not just posting whenever inspiration hits. With this routine there was too much flexibility without any deadlines. Inspiration was like lightning but far more random.

I found a remedy on pinterest.com. Someone I follow had pinned a printable blog planner sheet. I thought it was a great idea. I searched for more options but didn’t find one that suited my needs. In addition, I had trouble getting the sheet to print in the dimensions I needed for my planner. I wanted the planning sheet to fit in my planner which I have made a habit of carrying everywhere. So I decided to make my own. I’m in the stages of creating my planning sheet. I plan to personalize it in hopes of making it more fun to write/plan my posts. Hopefully it’ll provide enough structure to get me posting regularly here at Canvas Poetry!

How do you stay inspired to blog?
